Every semester, thousands of international students come to Groningen, and for many of them, student life begins at ESN Groningen. They have recently launched their own app. With nearly 70 active members, the society organises more than 150 activities a year.

N.S.V. Nota Bene has recently launched its own app via Youmie. The association for students of Notarial Law in Nijmegen uses the ‘More’ menu for, amongst other things, partner firm profiles and the meal of the week.

In September 2026, Youmie switched from Microsoft Azure to the European cloud provider Scaleway. Our data was already stored in Europe; with this move, we are also transferring our hosting to a European company. In doing so, we are making a conscious choice in favour of European technology and greater independence.

The more than 600 members of TAM now have a permanent home: their very own app. The Albertus Magnus Tennis Club is the largest student tennis club in Groningen and competes at various levels, from the fourth division to a first-division mixed team on Sundays.
