With over 1,200 active members and over 4,000 reunion members, Laurentius is the oldest mixed student union in Rotterdam, with a 50/50 male-female ratio. Laurentius has a rich history and therefore has many mores and traditions, which are still maintained today. The association has various associations such as year clubs, disputes and other societies, from which friendships for life arise. In addition, there are various associations that are active in sports, music and culture. There are various sports teams, the Laurentius band (Band 010) and a musical group. In addition to being a place to create friendships for life, Laurentius is also a place for the development of its members. By serving on various committees, one can gain experience in organisational, communication and social skills. With over 100 years of mores and traditions, a large network spread of members and reunionists and opportunities for self-development, R.S.V. Sanctus Laurentius is a home base for a great student time. The Android and iOS were soon put to good use!

Every year, the Jurist & Werk Congres is organised by a group of eleven motivated students from Leiden University. For a whole year, they dedicate themselves to organising a professional congress where ambitious law students can get to know their potential future employers in an informal way. The congress strikes the perfect balance between an informative symposium with prominent speakers, and a forward-looking and interactive opportunity to get in touch with several large legal firms.

We were allowed to think along with them and eventually built an app for the participants, in which they could find all information regarding the congress. This included information about the participating firms, speakers at the symposium and the informative workshops. Participants could create their personal programme in the app, change this programme all the time, and easily find information about the time and location of their next parts. A map conveniently showed all locations of the congress.

With almost 1900 members, C.S. Veritas is the largest and oldest mixed student union in Utrecht. At Veritas you can find sociability, self-development and relaxation. Besides its 135 years of traditions, the association exudes a relaxed and contemporary character. Veritas has many associations in which members can unite. There are year clubs, verticals, disputes, professional disputes and many different committees. Throughout the year, great events take place at C.S. Veritas. Minerva is the oldest student association in the Netherlands, founded in 1814. The association approached us to help think about a new app for their members and reunions. Apart from looking nice, the lustrum section is full of useful features. A big countdown to the festive start of lustrum slowly gets everyone in the mood. Furthermore, members and reunion members can see all events in a handy calendar overview and can see maps of various locations where the festivities will take place. Photo albums can be uploaded, members can be updated on the latest news with the news module, and there is even an in-app shop where all merchandise can be sold!

In the Minerva app, members and reunions have their own protected environment in the app. In some cases, however, there is great added value to be gained in bringing these two groups together. In 'Minerva Works', reunionists can offer job vacancies for internships, side jobs or other career opportunities.

Founded in 1927, JFV Grotius is one of the largest legal study associations in the Netherlands. The association organises a wide range of activities every year, from study trips to career events. The new app makes communication and organisation around these activities easier and more professional.

An app for a student union is obviously cool, but the founders of ALB thought bigger; an umbrella app for members of all corpora. This way, members of the corpora can find each other more easily and stay in touch. For now, the main functionality is the almanac.

In this ongoing collaboration, we initially released a 'basic' app for iOS, which we are now building on together with additional functionalities. An excellent example of launching a minimal viable product (MVP), after which it can be built on. Recently, the Android version was also added. To top it all off, we added a 'dating' module, where a dating profile can be created and members can match each other!

The Utrechtsch Studenten Corps, USC for short, the oldest student association in Utrecht, was never founded but evolved gradually. The first seeds were sown in 1636 when the university was founded, automatically creating a teachers' corps and a students' corps. Often 1816 is taken as the founding year, but that is in fact only the founding year of the society. The USC is the only Dutch student union where only men can become members. USC members now know how to find each other even better thanks to Youmie's new iOS app!

Is someone switching from active member to reunionist? Then they do not need to delete the familiar app. As soon as the status changes in the member administration, they get immediate access to the reunionist section. This part of the app is completely separate from the active member area, so the data and activities are only visible to other reunionists.

In this environment, USC reunionists effortlessly stay up to date with what's going on in the Corps. From events and get-togethers to news from old Corps members - everything is clearly laid out in the app.

Besides the wonderful apps for both members and reunions, this year in honour of the 25th lustrum, U.V.S.V. / N.V.V.S.U. had the apps extended with the lustrum module. This extension works as an in-app app, where members and reunites can come together and find all information regarding the celebration of the lustrum.

We secretly received the theme and colours of the lustrum in advance, so that we could build them into the app. This allowed us to go live immediately at the unveiling party.

Since 1967, V.I.V.A. has been indispensable in the life of the notarial student at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Vindicat is a well-known student association, based in Groningen and founded in 1815. Founded in 1926, JFV Groningen is one of the largest legal study associations in the Netherlands. The association organises dozens of activities every year, from career events and symposiums to trips and get-togethers. The Tilburgs Studenten Corps Sint Olof is Tilburg's oldest and leading student association. The society, located in the centre of Tilburg, houses 28 different committees. Both academically, socially and culturally, Olof organises a lot: every year, there are symposia, festivals, career days, music performances, but also sports tournaments and, of course, many fun parties. Besides the building on the Spoorlaan, Olof's 26 sororities own about 35 student houses, whose residents consist entirely of Olof members. In short, at Olof, everything is possible!
