Invite your friends to events

As we described in the new events upgrade, events are the beating heart of association life. From a lecture to a drink or a big party: they are the moments when members meet and make memories.

At some events, you need to be there quickly, for example because of limited capacity. Other times you just want to know who all is going, because let's face it: if your best friend signs up, you are often more likely to be convinced. Humans are social creatures after all!

That's why Youmie has a handy feature: an overview of who has signed up for an event. So you can see at a glance who will be there.

But what if your friends haven't signed up yet? No problem, we've thought of something for that too: send personal invitations via Youmie.

Through the app, you can easily search for members and directly invite them to an event. Do you receive an invitation? Then you get a push notification on your phone, so you are immediately informed and can respond. This way, we make it even easier (and more fun) to make plans together.

Youmie is constantly developing to make organising and experiencing association activities as smooth as possible.
