Reunions using the app for the first time receive a pop-up explaining their personal data. They are directed to their profile, where they can keep their own data up-to-date and indicate which data can be shared with other reunions. If we link with membership records, such as Congressus, these updated data are also updated in the records. Groups can also be managed on the profile page.

Reunionists
After their active period with an association, members can join the reunionists. With Youmie's reunionist module, members who make the switch can go straight to the reunionist section, where reunionists can meet in a protected environment. And all in the same app!

If members have been using the member app for years, switching to the reunion module is a soft landing. The app works the same, but the environments are hermetically sealed from each other. This way, reunionists can find each other, but are not visible to active members. In the almanac, all reunionists who use the reunion module can be found and on the notice board they can communicate among themselves. This way, reunionists can easily stay in touch with each other even after their student days!
