The Lustrum module

The lustrum module works as an in-app, which can be accessed via the member or reunion app. Via a flexibly configurable banner, members and reunions can switch to the lustrum section, where they can find all information regarding the celebration of lustrum.

The dynamic dashboard looks similar to the member and reunion apps, but in the lustrum style. So the lustrum theme immediately gets a nice place to shine here. A large countdown counter at the top of the dashboard shows how long it is still until the lustrum, with a festive surprise when the counter reaches zero. In a handy news overview, the latest news about the lustrum can be posted, such as artists that have been arranged, or changes in the programme.

The calendar provides a handy overview of all individual lustrum events. Members can click on individual events to see more information about them. The lustrum committee can easily set which events are specifically intended for members and/or reunion members and thus only show them to the right group in the app. On handy maps of the various locations, members can see exactly where they need to be for the various events. And in photo albums, uploaded photos can be viewed by everyone via the app manager. This way, you create a nice atmosphere overview of the events that have already taken place!

The lustrum shop is a useful feature if merchandise can be bought by the lustrum visitors. Here, you can clearly display the merchandise, divided into categories and sub-categories. For example, all socks are listed under socks, ties under ties and jumpers under jumpers. Orders are collected in the app manager, after which you as a club can process them as you see fit.

The more menu includes the button back to the members app, but also space for endless information in text or pdf, conveniently structured by means of folders. Put the lustrum committee here, for example, or the history of your lustrum. Functions that are not in the bottom menu can also be found here.
