By linking the back end of the app, the content management system (CMS), with your association's membership administration, you take a lot of work off your hands and ensure that everything is always up to date.
Members who are added to the member administration are automatically loaded into the CMS, after which they also have direct access to the app. For large clubs, this saves a lot of work in manually transferring or always manually importing all new members. If members disappear from the member database, because they have cancelled their membership for example, they automatically lose access to the member app. With a reunion module, they then automatically gain access to the reunionist section themselves.
The best thing about this link is that it works both ways. That means that if members make a change to their details in the app, this change is also passed on to the membership administration. This keeps your records correct and you don't have to do anything more about it yourself!
