The apps we have had the pleasure of creating for the various associations are very widely used. Boards therefore asked whether it would also be possible to let members fill in forms via the app. Google Forms works well of course, but it would be even better if it could be done directly and user-friendly in the app, and completed forms would arrive nicely in the app backend.
This is now possible! The board can create forms in the CMS and publish them in the app. Think, for example, of a form to declare a receipt. Or to submit a complaint. Or a form to register interest in e.g. a committee! The board sees all completed forms in the CMS and, if desired, also receives email notifications of completed forms.
The possibilities are endless! Please get in touch if you have any questions or ideas. We are also working on an extension, namely being able to put out surveys (mandatory or otherwise) in the app; members, in order to continue in the app, must first complete them. More on this in a future blog!
