With over 13,000 alumni, one-third of whom are members, the alumni association is a strong network of ambitious and inspiring women. The RV supports UVSV's survival, organising and supporting get-togethers and activities across the country. Given the success of the app for members, it was almost inevitable that Youmie would build the one for alumni too!
Together with the members and alumni, a smart and cost-efficient construction was devised; the members and alumni log into the same app with the same great features but each have their own separate section in the app and CMS. The app is well secured and a lot of attention has been paid to privacy; for example, alumni can decide for themselves which personal information they want to show in the app to other alumni. Furthermore, they can view previous years' almanacs, receive push notifications, post messages in the 'corridor' and view photo albums, among other things.
