Timetable

The new rota makes it much easier to organise and swap shifts. Members can view their rota in the app, offer a shift if something comes up (e.g. an exam or work), and someone else can take it over with a single click, without the hassle of group chat messages. A push notification is sent automatically once a shift has been taken over, and as the committee, you can set up shift types and open shifts to ensure that sign-ups and fair allocation run smoothly, even during busy periods.

Offer service

In your profile in the Youmie association app, you can see your personal schedule with all the shifts you are scheduled for. If you suddenly have an exam, a study group that runs late, or a last-minute appointment, you can simply offer your shift so that someone else can take it over. Ideal for associations that rely on member involvement: from bar shifts to set-up/take-down and other volunteer work.

Take over service

In Youmie, you can also see which services are offered by other members. Just take a look at what's available, click on a service, and you've taken it over, without having to send messages back and forth in group chats. And as soon as your offered service has been taken over, you will receive a notification via a push message.

Setting up services as a board

As a board member, you make things easy for members and maintain an overview. You set up service types that suit your association's activities (such as bar duty, tournament crew, committee assistance, introduction activities, clinic supervision), and you can set up services that members can sign up for directly. This allows you to distribute tasks fairly, prevent last-minute gaps in the schedule, and keep the association running smoothly, even during busy periods such as exam weeks, introduction periods, and competition weekends.
