Congressus and Youmie expand collaboration

This way, we make sure that all members who are in an administration system automatically end up in the app, and vice versa. This saves an endless amount of manual work (and in 2025 this really won't be possible any more). Thanks to our link, you never have to enter member data twice: just once in the app or in the member administration. Linking also saves a lot of time when members want to make changes themselves. Think of a changed address or other personal details: instead of the board having to arrange this for hundreds, sometimes even thousands, of members, members can make their own changes directly in the app. Moving house? Members simply indicate this themselves in the app and your association's data is automatically up-to-date!

At the request of our associations, we are now further expanding the integration with Congressus. This is partly possible thanks to the innovative extensions Congressus has added to their platform! Two deeper integrations will be added: event management and ticketing.

When an association creates an event in Congressus, you will soon be able to register for this event directly through the app. These registrations are synchronised with Congressus in real time, so that attendance is always correct, both on the website via the member system and in the app. This gives members a choice: register on the website or in the app, just as they wish, while you have the most up-to-date list of participants at hand.

We are also adding ticketing to our link. You will soon be able to link a ticket to your event, which members can buy directly in the app. After payment, the ticket will automatically appear in their account. So at the door, you simply scan the digital ticket and let everyone through to the event quickly and smoothly!
