In 2022, the first version of the Vindicat apps was launched and since then we have been adding more and more great features in development sprints! A very nice collaboration!
Vindicat is a well-known student association, based in Groningen and founded in 1815. With over 2000 active members, it is one of the largest student associations in Groningen, with a beautiful location on the Grote Markt square. We built a completely new digital interactive membership platform for the association in the form of an iOS and Android app, linked to their administration system Congressus and payment system Creo.
The app for Vindicat includes many of the features enabled by Youmie technology. Some great features highlighted below.
An ingenious module for hosing has been built in especially for Vindicat! Houses create events through the app, which members can sign up for and check in on location.
Members can view all their notifications (such as news, likes, tags, pull a pipe etc) in the overarching and personalised 'my notifications' screen.
Members can use the app to block their Creo 'BEERpas' in case they lose them. And they can view their BEERpas transactions in the app.
