For the members and reunionists of U.V.S.V. / N.V.V.S.U., we were allowed to create the iOS and Android apps, including a link to their membership system Congressus. In 2023, we expanded the apps with a lustrum module. A very nice collaboration!
The U.V.S.V. / N.V.V.S.U. is the only female student association in the Netherlands. Founded in 1899, the association is the second largest association in Utrecht with over 1,500 members and thousands of reunites. With the brand-new iOS and Android apps for members and reunites, the association has a state-of-the-art digital tool that will keep it going for many years to come!
The app for U.V.S.V. / N.V.V.S.U. includes many of the features made possible by Youmie technology. Some great features highlighted below.
One app with its own separate section for members and reunions. Economical and after graduation, members are automatically transferred to the reunionist app.
An interactive house map has been built into the app. See who lives where! Also, each house has its own page in the app including the members who live there.
The corridor is a kind of noticeboard where members share all kinds of things. From lost coats to available rooms and internship vacancies.
Besides the wonderful apps for both members and reunions, this year in honour of the 25th lustrum, U.V.S.V. / N.V.V.S.U. had the apps extended with the lustrum module. This extension works as an in-app app, where members and reunites can come together and find all information regarding the celebration of the lustrum.
We secretly received the theme and colours of the lustrum in advance, so that we could build them into the app. This allowed us to go live immediately at the unveiling party.
