SSR-Leiden

For the members of SSR-Leiden, we were asked to build the iOS and Android apps, a revamped website and the El Cid website. Including a smart link to the GenkGo member system.

SSR-Leiden

SSR-Leiden is one of Leiden's big five associations. The association has around 1,000 members and is located in a beautiful building in the old town of Leiden. SSR is an open and accessible association. Everyone is welcome: from jacket-tie to alternative, and at SSR little is compulsory.

Together with the board, we developed a beautiful customised iOS and Android app, linked to member system Genkgo. And a completely new SSR-Leiden website with a built-in 'intro week' section. SSR can thus control their apps, their official website ánd their intro-week website from one CMS.

Featured features

The app for SSR-Leiden includes many of the features enabled by Youmie technology. Highlighted below are some of the features built specifically for SSR.

GenkGo link

Members and groups in SSR's membership system Genkgo are automatically loaded into the app. Members can also make changes through the app.

In-app forms

SSR can create its own forms in the app, such as a form for filing a complaint or declaring a receipt.

SSR-Leiden website

A new SSR-Leiden website; an official website as well as an introweek section. Controlled from the same CMS used to manage the apps.

Reunionists

Members of SSR who make the switch to reunionist do not have to delete the beloved app. As soon as their status changes in the member administration, they can no longer access the member section, but will be given direct access to the reunionist section. This part of the app is hermetically sealed off from the members' area and provides SSR's reunionists with a platform to stay in touch with each other and keep abreast of what is happening at the society.

Request your demo login. We’ll email you the login details so you can see for yourself how Youmie works for your club or community.

2. Introduction

During an initial consultation, you’ll get an immediate overview of Youmie’s costs and what it can offer.

3. Choice of package

Choose the Youmie package that suits you best and we’ll get started! We’ll go live within 1–3 weeks.

4. Setting up the app

You will receive a handy 'Launch Guide' to help you successfully launch your app across the whole club.

5. Maintenance and support

We ensure that your app and the management platform remain secure, up to date and free from disruptions.

6. Always on the move

We’re constantly developing new features, and as our customers, you’ll benefit directly from them!
